Compare treatment scope before comparing countries
Place both quotations side by side and check the number of teeth, number of arches, temporary and final restorations, and any planned extra procedures. Ask each provider to identify omissions in writing. Compare travel and follow-up separately from the clinical fee, and keep uncertain items marked as uncertain. The cheaper figure is not necessarily the cheaper completed plan.
A comparison you can actually use
Suppose one quotation lists an implant and another lists a completed replacement tooth. Those figures cannot be compared until you know whether the connecting abutment, crown and fitting appointments are included.
